What I can offer
I know how you might feel. I felt stuck for years with my addictions, traumas, relationships, and chosen life path. It seemed like I was going in circles never really getting anywhere. Even after I got into recovery, I still felt hopelessly stuck.
One thing was for sure, I had buried feelings and trauma patterns that were self-limiting.
I was also working full time in a career that I wasn't passionate about.
Things started to shift as I began taking intuitively guided steps toward greater alignment with my truth. I am here to support you in empowering yourself to do the same. And once you commit to acting on your deepest heart's yearnings, a more authentic version of you will naturally reveal itself.

Who I work with
I work with people who are looking to consciously create lives that are reflective of the love, joy and wisdom that's innate within them. Whatever stage in their healing or awakening journey I guide them to take live-giving, inspired actions that lead to greater clarity and peace within.

How I Operate
Simple. Schedule a 30 minute, complimentary consultation where we discover what it is you want to create and what’s stopping you. From there, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit to work together. Then we’ll schedule our first calls. You’ll have the option of doing Zoom or voice calls.
